[asterisk-biz] transfer of a USA tollfree number needed

I agree that JerJer is not only knowledgeable but his also working his
tail off to get us all back. But sometimes, we tend to work our tails
off and unless we keep everyone in the loop we look bad. I am catching
MUCH HEAT for the outage but I am NOT willing to blame others. Let
JerJer know that we are pulling for him and wish him the best. Just
throw us a bone and keep up with the updates.
