The whole deal is very annoying. I don't wanna fax anything in; I've
never used a stolen credit card to buy services from VPC before; why
would I start now?
They want to change the terms of service? Fine. Maybe I will change my
"terms" of service with them and port my numbers to a different ITSP.
Ever since their DID rate went up so much recently, I have been
thinking I should at least shop around a bit...
