I agree with Aaron. I dont recommend betting your  good money on some bad
money.
I dont see any long term value in buyng the Citel gateways as an interim
fix for the problem.

You would  be better off in buying new IP Phones and using the money that
you may recover from selling the legacy business sets into the re-wiring (
assuming that you can actually recover that kind of money from these
Nortel-Avaya crap)
