[asterisk-biz] India DiDs

It is not a NO GO but the private carriers like Reliance CAN Do it, its the matter of them 
understanding the market size of the DID .

FORTUNATELY People in Pakistan were able to understand it, and now we have 2 legal 
carriers selling it. I hope it will be done for India also soon.
