[asterisk-biz] OSS Java Applet Softphone? (Re: Skype + SIP)

Who's used a Java *applet* SIP (or IAX) client, with open source code?
That runs across Windows/Mac/Linux IE/Firefox browsers reliably? For
extra points, runs on a mobile phone across EVDO or other sufficient
bandwidth connection?
