TRX telecommunications can do origination, we are adding more states
soon.  However as this is a new service we have not made a formal
anouncement about the fact that you could now signup and request this,
because we wanted to make sure all the kinks are worked out before
getting a bunch of users.  However since the cat is out of the bag, feel
free to sign up and test it out.  If you encounter any problems I would
appreciate hearing about it so that we can try to resolve them.
