You don't need to "get it".  Just know it's free, can even pay you or 
the asterisk bounty money if you use it enough and use it.

As far as explaining it to you, the site explains it very well, and I'm 
not about to repeat it and you didn't even understand that.  Maybe if 
you ask a few questions or state what you do understand then there is a 
possibility of helping you.
