[asterisk-biz] Slightly OT - Covad VOA

Excellent questions.

1) Yes, it is a real T-1, so it is a 4 hr response instead of a 24 hr
response. They do offer a similar product over SDSL, but we don't
recommend it since it could be down 24 hours before repair, and we don't
want to have customers down that long.

2) Yes there is. Now I just have to find it... I'll email that to the
list on Thursday.

Michael

Two things:

1) This is a real T1 loop and not something pushed over SDSL on a copper
pair? That is so important because the telco has to fix a T1 but when
the copper pair does not work for dsl provider has to order a new loop
and hope it works.

2) Is there a good SLA that goes with this?
