[asterisk-biz] UK Male English Voices

UK English Female is posted at http://www.enicomms.com/cutglassivr/

UK English Male is posted at http://www.g7ltt.com/VoIP/vmfiles.html but
having been recently re-recorded will be moving to the first URL.

The UK Male files are also listed in the WIKI (which shows that either
Steve didn't look very hard or has some issue with mine).
