[asterisk-biz] Underutilized PRI

One carrier here has a dynamic allocation of channels between data and
voice based on usage.  The term they use is "flex grow".  I do not know
what kind of internet connection you have but you may be able to
eliminate it and go with a solution similar to what I have described.
