Networks has no control over any messages heard on the call.

Why can’t a fast busy be received by the calling party.  “The number has
been disconnected” is bad business IMHO.  That makes the caller think you
didn’t pay your bill or it’s now disconnected vs. just that you can’t
complete the call.

A small number of our DIDs were not receiving calls for less than one hour
this afternoon due to a carrier issue.  Calls were not being delivered to us
from one of our carriers.  We immediately escalated the issue to our carrier
and service was fully restored within one hour.  

We apologize for the disruption.

Anyone else loose all there numbers from Junction?  All DIDs that I have
says “The number you have dialed has been disconnected”.
