i would also look at vonage's IPO filing and look for some analysts
valuations, that will give you a good start. Any analyst worth beans will do
a valuation of a telco per subscriber, usually using benchmarks. A quick
look at vonage's filing shows an ARPU of about $26 per subscriber (look at
some mobile phone providers for benchmarks)...you can extrapolate based on
that as well.

In general, you should use many approaches (NPV of future cash streams, ARPU
benchmarks, etc.) and then try to reconcile them.
