[asterisk-biz] How much to charge

What about doing a per install/device price (Time + trip cost), and not
disclosing the exact time it takes per install (as it will probably
change from site to site)

First ATA = $X
Each additional ATA at same location = $Y
Hard wiring/integration of ATA = $Z

In Tucson AZ, I would probably look at between $50-100 for X, $25-30 for
Y, and $25-50 for Z
