Sip Media is a DIDX Member, Member id is 700444 and you can buy there did via didx 
at a good rate, and test them for 36 hrs at no cost to you.

The company that you ports the number to will have the number routed to them, but you 
still own it.

You can then go to Level 3 or any other carrier that has a service in that area where the 
DID is from, and then have them make that DID come back alive.
