Hello,

I am looking for the following destinations at the following target 
prices & volumes:
Afghanistan proper & mobile: 0.19 USD +/-. Traffic is 1mil and growing.
India proper & mobile: 0.06 USD +/- 1.5mil and growing.
Italy Wind: less than 0.16 USD, 1mil and growing.

Also, I am interested in rates for the following destinations, target 
prices were not provided to me:
Egypt - unknown high volume
Romania: - 1mil and growing
Albania - unknown high volume
Germany proper & mobile - unknown high volume
France proper & mobile - unknown high volume

Notes:
- The origin of RTP may come from the EMEA & USA (a reinvite is issued), 
so native RTP bridge is more than welcome. For example: I can not accept 
a route to Italy Wind where the RTP is coming from the U.S.
- 1/1 billing, the accuracy of billing will also be tested.
- Good quality is mandatory.
- There are no specific numbers regarding the amount of channels, this 
all depends on quality and price.
- Payment is by prepay, with option for refund over unused funds (for 
reasonable amounts only, of course).
- Two tests are required: Short test of few dollars to see that it 
actually works, and a more serious test, prepaid, to test quality.
