There's a difference between the support needs of a wholesale customer and the hobbyists on Trixbox.

They probably shouldn't have marketed to such a user, but alas everyone makes mistakes.  One could only hope that they stayed more focused on the wholesale user than the hobbyist.

  Sounds like you need to get your act together first before you start offering specials to get new victims, err customers.
