[asterisk-biz] Asterisk with Skype

skype was first
yes, in msn messenger we can use pc2phone features, but microsoft never
did campaign for it. 
FWD, gizmo and gtalk came later.
chan_skype i guess will appear in few months, open libraries is
released, so...
