Have you seen the various virtual pbx offerings such as the latest one
here https://www2.pbxes.com/index_e.php?

I can see that these are useful for your typical Vonage / Verizon user
etc as they'll allow multiple extensions from the one "unlimited" Vonage
account (yes, I know "unlimited" doesn't mean 'unlimited' except in
those out of date wiki definitions
http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/unlimited).

So if you have 10 retail shops or 16 cousins you could create your own
little community and allow your buddies to use the call credit from the
unlimited account trunk.

Better still would be a service such as this that supported one or more
Skype trunk(s) (that would be Evil).

Is this the start of the end of "unlimited"?
