[asterisk-biz] Hosted PBX

Can anyone suggest a good International A to Z carrier that uses the SIP or the H323 protocols?

Preferably we would prefer a carrier that was reliable, responsive, low cost and friendly to start ups. (Thats not to tall an order is it?)
