The GXP-2000 will work well.  Speakerphone is so so.  Make sure and upgrade the firmware to "Program-- 1.0.1.12    Bootloader-- 1.0.1.2 " for better sound quality

The SPA-941 are really nice.  Speakerphone quality, also supports automated XML provisioning
