[asterisk-biz] voipstunt, sipdiscount, etc.. how did they do it?

Folks,

Until now I still cannot figure out how voipstunt or sipdiscount and a few other
voip providers can afford to provide "free" calls to many countries? I know there is
a catch to it, but free calls are too tempted and I don't know how these guys do it.
Any of you have any idea? I cannot figure this out.
