Let me amplify this message. I had mentioned to Steve that the creative
community on this mailing list may know of or be able to marshall the
resources needed to build a 'virtual contact center' based on Asterisk
technology and routing calls to an 800 number to an at home volunteer that
can answer questions or hook up needy people with required assistance.Anytakers?
