[Asterisk-biz] Need VOIP provider/wholesaler

Hello,

We are looking to move our business customers over from our current
VOIP wholesaler to another because of quality problems.

We're looking for a provider with:
* DIDs in the Northwest (need 503/971 area code) 
* PSTN fail over.
* Great rates and more importantly: quality.
* Must provide service on SLA basis.

We're expecting to grow between 60k to 100k minutes per quarter in 2006.
We will need to test the service out before we buy.
