Strategic Alliance Needed

I am interested in aligning with a person or persons who can provide all
the technical support work Asterisk installations. I've been working in
the Telecom industry for 15+ years and am now converting my systems
over to Hosted VOIP on Asterisk. I have a Server at a carrier colo for call
termination with plenty of room for expansion and multiple servers. I need
help keeping up with the tech support side. If you are interested, you
should meet most of the following points.

1.      US Based Preferred, but will listen to ALL offers
2.      24/7/360 tech support
3.      Will present themselves to my clients as My Company
4.      Can support my existing systems
5.      Can do custom development
6.      Experience with multiple companies on one system
7.      Experience with complex Queues and Agents
7.      Experience with Call recording and retrieval
8.      Experience with T-1 provided DID numbers
9.      Experience with debugging weird problems
10.    Has REAL TIME EXPERIENCE, not, I've heard it can be done, or how 
hard could it
be...
