[Asterisk-biz] PRI Prices

PRI prices are so strange. So much of it depends on whether there is a
CLEC in your area and other market conditions. I've noticed that in
some really competitive markets, you can get a PRI under 500 bucks,
but in other places it's tough to find one less than $1,000.
