Compare it to Maine. Can people afford to have an acre or so of land and
still be within reach of broadband? Here I can get a 2 acre lot that
meets the criteria for under $25k and put an older mobile home on it.
For some of us "freedom" includes the right to live a simple peasant
life. I am thinking of leaving the US but definitely not for big city life.
