More often than not that is the answer. "We'll have someone out on Monday to
look at it."

As I said, you'd die of sticker shock. We're in a Tier 4 rate group, which is
the "don't use the lube" rate group. No other carrier will touch us up here
for voice. (519 291 NPA/NXX)
