Instead of dealing with a bunch of "me too" replies, any one of us here 
could host a MeetMe with a muted channel going out to the PSTN 
conference call and have others that want to listen in connect via IAX, 
SIP, MGCP, SCCP or hell even H.323.

Lets use the power of what we have here people. I have more than a few 
Asterisk boxes and a few extra gigabits of bandwidth to burn.

When is this call supposed to happen?
