When you get to court one common legal test is "what would a reasonable 
and prudent man do?". I am setting up a call center for my new 
murder-for-money operation. It's entirely legal in my country just like 
talking dirty to little girls is. I don't think a reasonable and prudent 
man would act on my assurances. Do you?
