They don't allow you to sell phone services. We've also checked all of these
out, being as we are from Canada. Ultimately, for the time being, we decided
to go with Paypal. Even the Canadian merchant accounts, while most allow you
to sell phone services, they charge exhorbitant rates and almost all of them
feed off of Moneris Solutions (a JV of Royal Bank and Bank of Montreal).
