[Asterisk-biz] VoicePulse Connect! Prices Up 37.5%

I can't seem to find anything stating the billing increment and whether 
fractional or whole cents. Honestly, I don't like any rate when they 
charge a full minute and round up to the whole cent. At least not when 
testing things but also consider the costs when people hang up because 
they didn't get a live person or they realize it's the wrong number. I 
see that a lot in the cdr's for tollfree and am sure glad that 
nufone.net only charges me .2 cents for those calls.
