[Asterisk-biz] AreskiCC - Trunks

Would one of the list users who also has experience with areskiCC
please enlighten me with how the trunks are used, and what are the
expected entries with in the fields.  I assume

Trunk code - A friendly name for the reporting
Trunk prefix - If a card holder dials a number starting with this
prefix, this is the trunk that areski uses
Trunk modifier - Any prefix digits that are to be removed before
passing to the onward carrier are entered here
Provider tec - The protocol used eg SIP IAX 
Provider IP - Either the true IP or a DNS resovalble version of the IP
address of the server?

If any of the above are wrong, would you please be kind enough to
correct the above.
