I second that! What's even worse is that their DIDs stopped working over 
a week ago. We sent numerous emails to support (including Brandon) with 
no help whatsoever!

 From the following URI, I get the feeling that they've *lost* their 
existing non-800 DID pool! Anyone else having similar problems?
