Hello,	
 	
I am setting up a call center that uses ASTCC for pin numbers that are given
to our clients.  The call center is basically like a prepaid helpdesk.
Unfortunately, asterisk is only used for the PIN number accounting and then
the call is handed off to a 3com V3000 and the 3com exchange call center app
running on a windows 2000 server box.  This is where calls are queued for
the agents and asterisk only sees the call as answered.  This really limits
what I can do since the 3com box is so proprietary.

Here is what it looks like
Provider E1 -> * running astcc with quad E1 card -> 3com V3000 with E1 card
-> exchange call center -> agents

Here is what I need.  I need an app running on on the agent's desktop
machines that take the pin number of an incoming call and match it to the
astcc database, read the time left and display a timer counting down the
time on the agents machine.  I have the astcc agi modified to send the
validated pin number as the incoming caller id.

There is some money available in the budget for this but not a whole lot.
If you are interested and think you can help or know someone who can please
let me know how much it will cost and how long to implement.  This is the
finishing touch to a call center that goes live on Friday.
