[Asterisk-biz] Are TimeWarner Telecom's numbers portable?

I currently have about 6 pri's with TW Telecom. I am in the process of
researching if I can move those completely over to a SIP origination solution.
One question I have is, does anyone know if TW Telecom's number's aren't
portable? Or does the new Tarrif require TW Telecom to port if I request?
