[Asterisk-biz] Countries where VoIP is not allowed

You should ask for countries where it is NOT hunted by the local telco's

as its hunted down EVERY WHERE accept for a few countries.

if some one knows a list of countries where it is LEGALLY ALLOWED i would also like 
to look at it.
