Looking for a reliable outbound call progress detection from a PRI or
IAX networks.

Trying to put together a outbound IVR service using asterisk. This
service will require call progress analysis from a PRI or IP (IAX,
SIP) networks.

Inaddition, the service will incorporate a Text-to-Speech (TTS) and
Automatic Speech Response (ASR) features.

Need the help of an asterisk programmer who can incorporate cadence
detection, frequency detection, voice detection (S.I.T, Answer
Machine, Voice, Ring, Busy, Congestion, Fax, etc)
