You don't know that for a fact. Original poster didn't specify the timing

When you are dealing with DS3s worth of capacity, sure, 4 PRIs will make
you a "little lean". However, it is still burned ports, which have to be
compensated somehow. 4 PRIs here, 4 PRIs there, soon its a DS3.
