The same happens with spammers and scammers. They are very active also 
over the weekend. I was a CSO and every weekend, starting around 2AM 
saturday, I saw a surge of spam/scam/probes, mainly because they know 
that no one will take care of the issue until the next business day 
(Monday/Tuesday).
