[Asterisk-biz] dialing a remote 911 number

All the 911 numbers, really point to a real pstn number or a did.

Does any one know a list of these numbers, or a way to dial a remote 911 number from 
another city, ie if i want to call the manhattan 911 number from california, is there a way 
to do that ?

If there is a way to do that, i think e911 would be very very easy to comply.
