[Asterisk-biz] D-Channels Dropping During Storms?

Well now this is the odd part.... we have a fibre connection from us
to the telecom office... they bring fibre into the building..
terminate it in the basement (equipment down there is battery backed
up and tested)... and then comes upstairs on copper...
