Hi Matt,

Please take a look at Asterisk PBX Manager. Its web interface is not
intended for the end users, but it provides the features you are interested
in through special extensions. In other words, you can call from any phone
and forward an extension to the phone of your choice, call and cancel call
forwarding, etc.

You can also change/record your voicemail responses in a similar way, which
is really just a feature of Asterisk. The rest of the voicemail
configuration can be managed by an administrator. What other voicemail
settings do you need to allow end user to change? Voicemail to email
forwarding?

You can see Asterisk PBX Manager demo at
https://thirdlane.amer.net:10000/asterisk. Feel free to add extensions,
phones, etc, but please do not delete anything or add too many items, since
this is a shared server.

Login as user demo, password insecure.

You can contact sales at thirdlane.com regarding pricing.

Regards,
Alex
