I need toll-free to SIP or IAX2 services.

1) Low nrc, mrc and usage rate.

2) low increment and minimum per-call billing

3) fractional cents - no rounding

4) high quality provider

5) ability to limit area codes served for the number

I know of a few .02/minute providers. Looking for something better since
the primary need is to forward an existing business pots line to a *
pbx. In call forwarding situations the restriction should be based on
where the call is forwarded from since caller ID of the actual caller
might be from outside the US48.

Some customers might use these numbers for remote voicemail access. In
such situation they would likely prefer best rate possible and pay
higher rates for the few non-US48 calls.

Rates based on amount prepaid are nice. People are have less fear about
using something when they know in advance that rates drop with increased
usage.
