Do you do this in 6-second increments with 6-second minimum?

.011 is the best rate you can offer? No discounts for higher prepay 
amounts? I thought that companies like level 3 charged their resellers 
different rates according to the rate center selected since the 
underlying costs can vary. I know that one LD provider was surcharging 1 
cent for people like me on a rural ILEC. I paid it because it was still 
about half what I previously paid. Since then I was able to get with a 
provider that charges me the same rate as the city-slickers.

Do you provide caller ID with name on any of these services?
