Agreed!  I don't sell pbxs, I sell origination and termination, but I turn 
away clients that can only use H323 or have them use my Cisco gateways since 
my experience with Asterisk's H323 has been a nightmare each time.

Another tip is not to sell Asterisk to people using Key systems that want 
another key system.  I have a customer who has horror stories about stupid 
people and their key systems switching to asterisk and then wanting to know 
why it didn't work like the key system.   [duh, it's a PBX, not a key 
system].
