We generally buy and sell DIDs on a per DID basis and then a per minute per path DID basis.  So a DID that we buy or sell would have unlimited paths, but each path would cost per minute.

  The questions below don't work for a number of DID service providers that charge separately for simultaneous calls and DID numbers.
  For example, the Commpartners DID service model charges $x/DID number and $y/per simultaneous call.
  So in a typical residential application you might purchase only one simultaneous call for every 10 to 20 DID numbers,
  while, for something like a prepaid card application you might want to buy one DID number and 100 simultaneous calls.
  Most providers also have a monthly billing minimum.
