I have tested a bunch of phones. I test them with business customers in real businesses, not just sitting around the house.

Snom - excellent quality. All of the buttons work. NAT functionality was exceptional. Web Interface was really, really good. I loved this phone until I dumped it on 3 of my beta testing customers. The phones were universally despised. They hate having to push the OK button to make a call, even when you explain the procedure of dialing first then picking up the handset. They hated the default ringtones. They hated the handset being too light and many times, the handset slides off the cradle then the extension rings busy.

Sipura 841 - What a piece of trash. NAT is awful. Buttons are sticky out of the box. Only a single ethernet port. The display - I have exceptional vision, and I had a hard time with the LCD display. My wife coudln't read it at all, and she wears glasses. This one headed to ebay all of 40 minutes after opening the box.

Grandstream Budgetone 101 - Transfer button doesn't work. Message button doesn't work. I tried all of the fixes on the wiki, still no results. The PC port is actually only 10Mbps speed. The handset cradle is too tight, if you don't make double sure the handset is in the cradle, it may not be. Nobody seemed to like the numeric buttons on the phone. NAT functionality is really good however. That being said, it was first VOIP phone and for some reason I have an emotional attachment to it, so all of us are still using them in our company. I am anxiously awaiting the GXP2000.

Cisco 7912G - I am waiting on one to show up and will test it out next week.

Uniden IP200 - I am waiting on one of these also. Although, I have to say, their 4 handset analog wireless set absolutely rocks, so I have high hopes for this phone.

As for Ananlog Telephone Adapters:

Grandstream handytone 286 - Same web interface as the Budgetone pretty much. As a single line ATA, it works great, although it's way overpriced.

Linksys PAP2-NA, works perfectly, no complaints. DON'T MISPLACE OR FORGET YOUR PASSWORD. I am sure we have a guru or two that could help me out if needed, but I went into an extreme panic when I forgot the admin password to the box. No reset button, and Linksys WILL NOT HELP YOU. They don't care if you are the service provider or not. I took a break, grabbed some coffee, sat down and watched some TV, then remembered the password thank goodness. I handed out 10 to residential customers, all of whom liked the product.
