[Asterisk-biz] Buenos Aires VoIP

I have a client in BA with a Cisco 7940 (SIP).  The first line is 
registered to my PBX here in the US.

My client would like to make in-country calls on the second line.  Is 
there an Argentinan VoIP provider who would like to have a new account? 
  To configure his phone I'll need an IP address, username, and password.
