HI all ,

we are interested in buying large ammount of terminations in USA and Canada
.My question is what companies offers the best rates and/or best quality
(Tier 1 or 2)
We are not interested in Level3 since they sent us a list with 2 kind of
pricing (intrastates and interstates) and interstates rates are very high.
How can you make sure that your trafic is interstate or intrastate in the
first place...

So any tips from established businesses ?With whom are you guys doing
business with.

regards,
Ioan
