[Asterisk-biz] VoIP call Forwarding to local ph and ILEC licenese

  I am new in VoIP business need some legal advice. I am Forwarding VoIP
call to local ph - I would like to know do I need ILEC license or am I
cover under VoIP service provider agreement I am using for USA termination?

Please advice.
